1. What is the ticket price for the National Acappella Music Workshop?

The ticket price varies depending on the ticket type you select. We offer Early Bird discounts, General Admission, and Group Tickets for larger parties. Check the Ticket Information page for more details on prices and available options.

2. Are there any discounts for group purchases?

Yes! We offer a Group Ticket option, where purchasing multiple tickets at once can qualify for a discount. Please refer to the Ticket Information section for more details about group ticket pricing and the minimum number of tickets required for the discount.

3. Can I purchase tickets for multiple people in one transaction?

Yes, you can purchase tickets for multiple people at once. However, each ticket will need to be assigned to an attendee with their contact information. For Group Tickets, please follow the instructions to add multiple members to your group at checkout.

​

4. Is the event suitable for children?

While we welcome families to join, children under 5 years old are welcome to attend for free if they sit on their parent’s lap during the event. All other attendees, including children over 5 years old, will need a purchased ticket.

5. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled. If you are unable to attend, we recommend you reach out to someone else who might be able to attend in your place. Please check our Event Policy for more details.

6. What does the ticket include?

Your ticket includes access to all workshop sessions, snacks, Friday breakfast, and Friday lunch. Additional refreshments and merchandise may be available for purchase during the event.

 

7. Do I need to bring my printed ticket?

While it’s not required, we recommend bringing your printed ticket or digital ticket (either via email or on your phone) to streamline the check-in process. You will need to show your ticket to gain access to all event activities.

 

8. Will food be provided?

Yes, we will provide snacks and a breakfast on Friday as part of your ticket. Lunch on Friday is also included. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions.

 

9. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, but please notify us of the transfer by email at johnmarkproduces@gmail.com with the name and details of the new attendee.
